With today’s “Catch of the Day” it’s not about my opinions on price, but simply about the before and after of this now amazing Arlington bungalow. It goes to show that with some imagination (and $$ of course), so much is possible.

What I personally love is the sense of openness to the space AND the fact that so much of the back yard was protected. For the right family, this home will provide great access and enjoyment of everything Clarendon has to offer, plus ample outdoor space of their own.
