Joining Forces With The A.C.E. Energy Efficiency Education Project

Here’s some additional information about the ACE (Arlingtonians for Clean Environment) Energy Efficiency Education project.

ACE is launching the new Energy Efficiency Education project this fall. This program is funded by the Arlington County Community Development Fund and will focus on increasing energy efficiency for residents in the Arlington County Neighborhood Focus Areas. Applications are now available for the Energy Efficiency Education (E Cubed) volunteer training program. Applications are due by October 3. For more information or to submit an application, contact office@arlingtonenvironment.org or 703-228-6427.

As I mentioned in the video, I am really excited about joining forces with ACE on this project for multiple reasons. I am really looking forward to the education I will receive and the opportunity to create a hands on impact with increased energy efficiency in Arlington, and I am especially excited for the Arlingtonians who will benefit directly.

At the same time I am looking forward to the ways this experience and the expertise I will garner will benefit me and my clients in my day to day real estate business. Already EcoBroker Certified, this project can only serve to add some real power to the energy efficiency and green living knowledge that I already have.

Keep an eye out for more updates from me on the Energy Efficiency Education project as we kick things off in a couple weeks!
